Presentation
The HOFIDRAIN coordinated project (Holistic characterization of filter sections for intelligent and sustainable management of urban drainage systems at city level) is funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and University (MICIU), the Spanish State Research Agency (AEI) and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) "A way to make Europe" and is composed of the following subprojects:

- Subproject 1 (UNIVERSITAT POLITÈCNICA DE VALÈNCIA, INSTITUTO DE INGENIERIA DEL AGUA Y MEDIO AMBIENTE - IIAMA): Environmental characterization of filtering sections and smart governance tools for a sustainable urban drainage at city scale (ENGODRAIN) RTI2018-094217-B-C31 funded by MICIU/ AEI /10.13039/501100011033/ ERDF “A way to make Europe”.
- Subproject 2 (UNIVERSIDAD DE CANTABRIA, ESCUELA TÉCNICA SUPERIOR DE ING. CAMINOS, CANALES Y PUERTOS): Mechanical characterization of filtering sections and smart location strategies for a sustainable urban drainage at city scale (MELODRAIN) RTI2018-094217-B-C32 funded by MICIU/ AEI /10.13039/501100011033/ ERDF “A way to make Europe”.
- Subproject 3 (UNIVERSIDADE DA CORUÑA, ESCUELA TÉCNICA SUPERIOR DE ING. CAMINOS, CANALES Y PUERTOS): Pollution removal characterization and efficiency assessment of filtering sections for sustainable management of urban drainage systems at city scale (POREDRAIN) RTI2018-094217-B-C33 funded by MICIU/ AEI /10.13039/501100011033/ ERDF “A way to make Europe”.
